In-District Choice Application

This application is for residents of the Holt/Dimondale District and approved non-resident students already attending Holt/Dimondale District to request a school other than the school to which they have been assigned. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Applications must be received on or before the April 28, 2023 deadline. Consideration for an In-District Request will be based on the following:

• Sufficient space in the grade of the school requested

• Priority for current HPS students

• Students within a school's defined walking attendance area

• Students who reside in a school's attendance area

• New In-District Choice students from other Holt District attendance areas

Placement notification letters will be mailed no later than May 26, 2023.
