Our Equity Commitment

Holt Public Schools is committed to creating an environment in which every member of our community is seen, heard, valued, and welcomed. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to this endeavor. Currently, our student body is approximately 47% BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) with significant ethnic diversity and representation from historically marginalized groups. We seek to ensure our diverse student body is celebrated and well-served. Over the next three years, we will engage in implementing our Equity-Oriented Strategic Plan (EOSP) as we listen, plan, and enact changes to make a considerable, positive impact on all members of our learning community, with specific attention to those we have been historically underserved.
